What is my role and responsibility?

  • Find properties to manage
  • Meet tenants when required
  • Meet landlords when required
  • Open the door to properties when they are released
  • Open the door for property inspections when required
  • All client facing tasks

Who does all the admin work?

Beehive technology is driven by digital assistants who take care of most administration tasks, and we have humans on the job. Our inhouse administration team take care of all admin tasks such as but not limited to

  • Arrears
  • Lease agreements and renewals
  • Maintenance
  • Rent collection
  • Reporting
  • Compliance
  •  Legals
  • Accounting

How do I get paid?       

  • You are paid a percentage of the management fee
  • You are paid a percentage of the property management book value if you want to sell your portfolio
  • You are paid a commission if a property from your portfolio is sold
